Standard Features

 

  • Preform transport system: Preforms are loaded onto the spindle (and not vice versa) by means of cam track-driven grippers. No chain axial movement.
  • Heating oven: Innovative ventilation through the lamps to maximize heat transfer by radiation (convection minimization)

Optional elements

For particular production needs, the module can be completed with a number of additional solutions, including:

  • The starwheels can be equipped with a precise and rapid size change which works with different diameter necks without the need for any tools: e.g. 28 – 38 mm. The same philosophy is applied in the event of body guides replacement.
  • In case of petaloid bottle base or special filling requirements of the product, a spray nozzle system can be installed to cool the bottom of the bottle. In order to reduce the costs of this application, the solution is fitted with a collection channel and water re circulation system.

    Automatic Ten Liter Bottle Blow Molder

    This blow molding machine can create bottles from three liters to ten liters and can produce 1600 ten liter bottles per hour. The high machine performance is provided by mold closing system analogous to rotary machines. The stretching rods were developed specially for thick-walled preforms for five-ten liter bottles. This guarantees blowing process stability and exclusion of deformation.

    Rotary Blow Molding Machine

    APACKS Rotary Blow Molding machines enable users to produce standard containers at rates of 2,250 bottle/hour/cavity, complex custom containers such as heat set containers for hot filling at rates up to 1,800 bottles/hour/cavity, or handling and blowing of very light containers with extremely high preform stretch ratios. Today, there are seven models available. The number in the acronym indicates the number of blowing cavities. The model SFR 9/27 is equipped with 9 stations able to carry either 9 standard shell molds or 9 triple-cavity molds for a total of 27 blowing cavities.
